Pickup Sheet

Pickup Sheet Overview

The Pickup Sheet Setting in our logistics system offers essential parameters to streamline your pickup operations and ensure the efficient utilization of resources. These settings enable you to customize and optimize the pickup process. Here's a brief description of the available options:

1. Pickup Sheet Idle Timeout:

  • The Pickup Sheet Idle Timeout setting allows you to define a threshold for idle pickup sheets. When a pickup sheet remains idle, i.e., without any driver assignment or action, for the specified number of minutes, the system can trigger automated responses. This ensures that pickup tasks are promptly attended to, reducing delays and improving operational efficiency.

2. Pickup Sheet Distance:

  • To expedite pickups and reduce unnecessary travel, the Pickup Sheet Distance setting lets you determine the acceptable range for sending pickup requests to the nearest available drivers. By setting a specific distance threshold, you can ensure that pickup requests are assigned to drivers in close proximity, thereby optimizing resource allocation and minimizing travel time.

These Pickup Sheet Settings are tailored to enhance the precision and efficiency of your logistics system's pickup operations. They provide the tools necessary to minimize idle time, improve resource allocation, and streamline the overall pickup process.
